The IRSA's Employment Assistance Service (EAS) has been assisting Island businesses to build stronger and more diverse workplaces since 1995.
Employment specialists are happy to assist your company or organization in meeting your human resource needs. Our expert team members can:
- Send out your query or employment ad to hundreds of immigrants legally entitled to work in Canada
- Support both you and your newcomer employee during interviews and training
- Provide ongoing support including workshops and training on cross-cultural communication, awareness and inclusion in the workplace
- Help arrange a volunteer work placement for a skilled immigrant to gain Canadian work experience
- Locate and provide information on government wage subsidy programs, if applicable
